Teqcorner's office suites range in size from 100 square feet to 1,600 square feet and can accommodate 1 to 20 team members. Flexible and affordable lease terms ranging from 3 to 24 months and your office suite will be configured to adapt to your ever-changing company needs.

 Teqcorner's office suites also include time in our meeting rooms; conference center and training center. Office Suites can be accredited for Top Secret Facility Clearances and, we have a fully constructed DCID/121 SCIF office suite with a receiving area that is 1,639 S.F. Ample parking and proximity to hundreds of restaurants and shops help our clients to attract and retain the employees needed to grow. Our newly constructed green energy office suites on the 2nd floor were built to help our TeqCommunity reduce our carbon footprint!
